We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our business development efforts by leading proposal coordination, content development, and pursuit execution. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, creative professional who thrives under deadlines, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in producing high-quality, compelling materials that help win meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:
Proposal amp; Pursuit Management
  • Lead proposal kickoff meetings and coordinate pursuit activities
  • Develop and manage proposal schedules to ensure on-time, compliant submissions
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices to track RFP requirements
Content Development amp; Storytelling
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to develop proposal content
  • Write, edit, and tailor marketing materials including firm profiles, project descriptions, and staff resumes
  • Ensure content is clear, compelling, and aligned with client needs
Technology amp; AI Enablement
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, streamline formatting, and support compliance verification
Quality Control amp; Branding
  • Proofread and edit proposal materials for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to corporate branding and style standards
Database amp; Marketing Support
  • Maintain proposal archives and CRM databases
  • Track win/loss data and update project photos and marketing assets
What You Will Bring:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proposal or marketing experience within the AEC industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted writing or formatting tools
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or municipal pursuits
Compensation amp; Benefits
  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience and location)
