We are seeking an exceptional Community Manager to join our team of senior living professionals. Located in the heart of Franklin, TN, our community is recognized for its beautiful surroundings, exceptional resident experience, and commitment to delivering high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of two years of leadership experience in senior independent living is preferred; however, candidates with leadership experience in hospitality or multifamily housing will also be considered. A strong background in sales and marketing is highly desirable.

Our Community Manager must be a results-driven leader who excels at building relationships, communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members, and fostering a positive community culture. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service and resident satisfaction.

As a Vitality Living Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
