Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including working with vendors and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals and objectives.

Requirements
- 1 year previous experience as a property manager is required.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in facilities management is desirable.
