As a community health clinic dedicated to improving lives, our work environment promotes collaboration and empowerment. While this role predominantly operates remotely, our dedicated team members engage in frequent virtual meetings, group discussions, and case consultations to ensure cohesive service delivery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, community health workers, and administrative staff, all of whom contribute to the holistic care of our clients. • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and brief, evidence-based screenings to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to ancillary services and resources.
• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and interventions to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participate constructively as a team member, contributing to shared goals and collaborating with other professionals to support client success.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, demonstrating a calm and decisive approach to maintaining client safety.
• Wrap up timely documentation and data submission regarding client meetings, treatment plans, and progresses.
• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours to ensure consistent client care and support.
• Participate actively in quality improvement committees to assess and enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing significant social and mental health challenges. Many of these clients come from economically disadvantaged areas, where access to quality healthcare is scarce. Your ability to understand and navigate various cultural dynamics will be crucial in building rapport and fostering trust, which are essential for effective therapeutic relationships. You will focus on empowering clients through evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferable.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical social work is necessary, with a focus on mental health.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to client-centered care.

• Experience in a community health setting or working with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar clinical documentation tools.
• Experience participating in interdisciplinary teams or committees focused on service delivery improvements.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
