The Peaceful Path Mental Health Hub is seeking a compassionate and proactive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become an integral part of our Community Health Clinic team. This full-time remote position involves delivering high-quality mental health services to diverse populations, directly contributing to improved mental wellness and emotional health for clients.

As a fully remote position, this role offers flexibility and convenience while allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home. However, you will also collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' histories, concerns, and risk factors, using validated assessment tools.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that address their mental health challenges, promote emotional resilience, and enhance their daily functioning.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and consulting with team members to determine referral needs for higher levels of care as necessary.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them in understanding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Document all clinical interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and contribute to ongoing staff development initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of state and federal regulations regarding mental health practices, ensuring compliance and advocating for the rights and needs of clients.

Your client focus will encompass a rich mosaic of individuals from varied cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. You will work primarily with adolescents and young adults facing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. The role will require sensitivity to the unique experiences and needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic environment where they feel safe and respected.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid LCSW licensure in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and a commitment to trauma-informed care principles.
• Strong skills in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan formulation.
• Proficient in individual and group therapy techniques, showcasing a diversity of therapeutic approaches.
• Exemplary crisis management skills, with the ability to elevate care decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and a strong aptitude for technology.

• Experience in school-based mental health services or community health settings is preferred.
• Understanding of cultural competency and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
