Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and tailored evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs. This involves listening attentively to clients’ concerns and histories, and translating these insights into actionable treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective therapy for individuals, groups, and families. Adapt your approach, whether using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other methods, to meet the distinct needs of your clients.
