This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and an optimal work-life balance. Although primarily virtual, team members are encouraged to engage in community outreach and initiatives that promote mental health awareness. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, case managers, and other mental health professionals, you will partake in discussions and collaborative efforts aimed at ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and tailored evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs. This involves listening attentively to clients’ concerns and histories, and translating these insights into actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective therapy for individuals, groups, and families. Adapt your approach, whether using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other methods, to meet the distinct needs of your clients.
• Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies that promote holistic care.
• Provide decisive crisis intervention in acute situations, demonstrating compassion and efficiency while offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to educate the public about mental health services and to combat stigma associated with seeking help.

The clients we serve encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. • An independent and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity while working with a diverse client population.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient documentation and tracking of client progress.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, understanding the unique challenges faced by clients seeking mental health care.
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic techniques and treatment frameworks.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent on your experience and professional credentials.
