Psychiatry MD/DO Opportunity at Rappahannock General Hospital. Bon Secours is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our compassionate behavioral health team at Rappahannock General Hospital. Enjoy meaningful work in a welcoming coastal community on Virginia's Northern Neck.

Average daily inpatient census ~6 patients Manage 3-4 consults on the med/surg unit monthly Provide high-quality psychiatric care to 14-16 patients per day Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans for adult and/or geriatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Collaborate with other psychiatrists, NPs, social workers, nurses, and primary care providers. Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning. Offer consultation liaison support to medical surgical units as needed.

Document and maintain accurate patient records. Deliver care through a mix of in-person and telepsychiatry.
