We are seeking a skilled Colorectal & General Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis.

About Us:

The Division of Colorectal Surgery at Marin Healthcare District offers expertise in diagnoses and treatment of many colorectal conditions with laparoscopic and robotically assisted surgeries with the assistance of the da Vinci Surgical System. Marin General Hospital has been recognized as America's Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers for CARES Surgicenter - eight consecutive years. The surgeons at  Marin Healthcare District specialize in several colorectal specialty procedures and diagnoses: 

• Colonoscopies: Colorectal Cancer Screening Strategies, Diagnostic Colonoscopy, Polyps of the Colon and Rectum, ESD/EMR. 

• Colorectal Cancer: Anal Cancer, Carcinomatosis, Colon Cancer, Rectal Cancer, Recurring Rectal Cancer 

• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Crohn's Disease, Perianal Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, Indeterminate Colitis. Opportunity Highlights:

• Call Schedule: 1:6 nights, every 6 weekends. Emergencies are handled in the ER

Requirements:

 â€¢ MD or DO Carlifonia licensed or eligible for licensure • Completed residency in General Surgery • Completed fellowship in Colorectal Surgery 

• Board certified or eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS) 

• DEA and California CDS licensed or eligible for licensure 

• Must qualify for Marin General Hospital Liability insurance 

Full-time compensation at  Marin Healthcare District ranges from $195,000 - $950,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality. The compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
