Responsibilities

As the Manager, Community Engagement you will be the strategic voice of Ezee Fiber in the communities we serve. This highly visible role is responsible for developing and executing community engagement and presentations that support our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Ezee Fiber and HOAs, utility districts, management companies, and other key stakeholders—advocating for our initiatives while ensuring community concerns are addressed with transparency and care. Your work will directly influence FTTH project success by fostering public trust, mitigating risks, and strengthening local partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of community engagement for FTTH deployment projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HOA management companies, HOA boards, utility districts, and community leaders.
  • Serve as the public face of Ezee Fiber at town halls, council meetings, and other public forums—educating stakeholders about the FTTH construction process and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal construction and engineering teams to map outreach efforts and communicate key FTTH project updates to impacted neighborhoods.
  • Identify and manage potential community concerns or resistance to FTTH construction, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and lead educational events, neighborhood outreach campaigns, and stakeholder briefings to build community support and understanding of fiber network benefits.
  • Ensure alignment between community engagement efforts and permitting, construction, and maintenance timelines.
  • Monitor engagement budgets, track metrics, and report regularly on community feedback and project sentiment.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner with legal, operations, and communications teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
