*This position will be based out of our downtown Montreal office*

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting campus initiatives, coordinating events, and helping drive recruitment efforts across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Quebec recruiting teams.

You will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, campus events, and recruitment initiatives, managing end-to-end logistics including venue coordination, catering, shipping, event materials, and onsite execution. Working closely with external event partners and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that strengthen our campus presence and support talent acquisition efforts.

In partnership with the recruitment teams, you will support lead generation, attendee engagement, candidate follow-ups, job postings, and various ad hoc projects. You will also collaborate with the Communications team to ensure all advertisements, promotional materials, and event collateral are aligned with brand standards and properly approved.

This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/French) professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys building meaningful relationships through events and recruitment. Role Responsibilities
