Octav is seeking a Growth Strategist to play a critical role in scaling our B2B marketing efforts. As the main collaborator to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will focus on executing high-impact email marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and growing our brand presence within the Web3 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about community engagement and partnership development in the B2B SaaS and crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing Execution and Strategy
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan, create, and execute B2B email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Optimize email workflows, segmentation, and messaging to align with Octav's B2B audience and broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Build Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and engage with complementary brands, industry leaders, and influencers in the Web3 and DeFi sectors.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to expand Octav's reach and generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships that support our marketing objectives.
Engage and Grow the Community
  • Plan and execute community-focused initiatives, such as webinars, virtual events, and Q&A sessions, to engage industry professionals.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to cross-promote email campaigns and partnership content across social channels.
  • Act as the community's voice, gathering feedback to inform email content and overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate on Integrated Campaigns
  • Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to align partnerships, email marketing, and community engagement efforts with overarching B2B marketing strategies.
  • Regularly report on the success of email campaigns and partnership-driven initiatives, recommending improvements to maximize impact.
Requirements:
  • Email Marketing Expertise: 2+ years of experience in planning and executing B2B email marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Partnership Development: Experience in building and managing relationships with external partners, ideally in the Web3, crypto, or DeFi space.
  • Community Engagement: A track record of organizing and executing virtual events or community initiatives.
