Job Summary:

The Brand & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for executing the organization's marketing, digital engagement, and community outreach initiatives in alignment with organizational priorities and direction established by Executive Leadership. The Manager implements integrated campaigns designed to increase awareness of clinical services, strengthen community relationships, and expand public engagement across Kansas, Oklahoma, and surrounding regions. This includes campaign execution, digital content development, event promotion, brand consistency, partnership activation, and performance tracking. The Manager works collaboratively across departments to ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and reflective of the organization's commitment to patient-centered care, reproductive justice, and community health. The role analyzes engagement metrics and performance data to provide recommendations and proposals for new initiatives, campaign improvements, and outreach opportunities. The Manager supports efforts to increase patient access, appointment volume, event participation, and overall community visibility through disciplined implementation and continuous improvement. The Brand & Community Engagement Manager serves as a key operational partner in advancing the organization's public presence and regional impact. The Manager demonstrates sound judgment in sensitive, high-visibility environments, a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to execute initiatives efficiently while offering thoughtful recommendations that support the organization's long-term sustainability.


Key Functions/Responsibilities:


Marketing & Digital Engagement

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase awareness of the organization's services in all applicable regions.
  • Develop engaging digital content across social media, email, and web platforms that drives measurable engagement and action.
  • Translate digital engagement into tangible outcomes, including increased calls, patient volume, appointments, and event participation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including social engagement, audience growth, and event attendance. Assist with website updates to ensure timely, accurate information.
  • Support paid and organic digital campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets and vendor relationships as assigned.


Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, coalition members, and regional stakeholders.
  • Support grassroots outreach initiatives, including tabling, speaking engagements, and community events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate engagement opportunities that educate communities about available services.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach.
  • Assist in growing and activating supporter and volunteer bases.


Brand & Messaging Support

  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, print materials, and event collateral.
  • Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials that elevate Trust Women's mission and services.
  • Contribute to storytelling initiatives that center on patient access and reproductive justice.
  • Support brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Ensure communications align with safety protocols and protect patient confidentiality in high-visibility or sensitive environments.


Event Marketing

  • Develop promotional strategies for events, community activations, and clinic initiatives.
  • Leverage digital channels to increase attendance and participation.
  • Coordinate on-site marketing presence at community events.
  • Measure and report event engagement outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement.
  • Demonstrated success growing digital audiences and increasing engagement through multi-channel strategies.
  • Experience translating engagement into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics.
  • Comfortable representing an organization publicly at events and community gatherings.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse communities.
  • Flexible with evening and weekend work as required for events and outreach.
  • Travel between locations and around the region.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
