Role Overviewย 

Perform as a Principal Sales Developmentย Representative;ย youโ€™llย be a key driver of new business activity.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Make 150โ€“200 outbound calls daily to smallโ€“mid-sized business ownersย 

  • Educate prospects on OPOC.us servicesย 

  • Schedule qualified First Meetings and hit weekly targetsย 

  • Update all outreach and progress in the CRMย 

  • Support the sales pipeline through consistent activityย 

  • Weekly Goal: 11+ scheduled meetingsย 

Training & Growthย 

Throughout your 12 months, you will:ย 

  • Attend sales workshops and trainingย 

  • Shadow experienced salesย professionals to learn live techniquesย 

  • Receive regular coaching, performance reviews, and development supportย 

  • Obtain Life & Health Licenseย 

Promotion

  • At theย successfulย completionย ofย yourย Sales Development Program, we will promote you toย a Sales Representativeย 
    ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 1โ€“3 years of experienceย 

  • Salesย Certificateย or Sales Internshipย (preferred)ย 

  • Strong interest in sales and learningย 

  • Coachable, motivated, and confident communicating with business leadersย
