La personne retenue doit etre un veritable chasseur d'opportunites (hunter), capable de developper et de maintenir de solides relations avec les principaux influenceurs et intervenants, notamment les cabinets d'architectes et d'ingenieurs (A&E), les entreprises d'ingenierie, d'approvisionnement et de construction (EPC), ainsi que les dirigeants de grands utilisateurs finaux.

Vous agirez comme personne-ressource aupres des utilisateurs finaux, des firmes d'ingenierie, des entrepreneurs generaux et des autres intervenants influencant les projets afin de comprendre leur portee et de promouvoir la proposition de valeur distinctive des technologies Honeywell. As a Bilingual Strategic Growth Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive Honeywell specification and adoption for our complete building automation solutions within Strategic Verticals- Healthcare, Datacenters, Hospitality & Education. This individual needs to be a true hunter capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders at Architect and Engineers (A&E's), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and executive levels of major End-users. You will be a liaison with End-users, engineering, general contracting, and other project influencers to understand the project scope and help educate on Honeywell Technologies differentiating value proposition to ensure all applicable Honeywell products are included in the specification meeting and exceeding the customers' requirements. 

You will report directly to the Sr Sales Director and  work remotely from anywhere in the province of Quebec.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development in Building Automation Systems or Fire/Life Safety or Access Control/Security.
  • 3+ years of experience successfully driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • 3+ years experience liaising with specifiers, consultants, architects, EPC, contractors, owners, or developers
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the Quebec province and Canada
  • Class 5 Driver's license
