  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Scintilla Charter SaaS subscriptions, including prospecting, qualification, value articulation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets while expanding Scintilla Charter’s footprint across the supplier community.
  • Leverage platform capabilities and market insights to craft tailored value propositions grounded in measurable ROI.
Supplier Engagement & Stakeholder Influence
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with supplier stakeholders and internal partners across Walmart.
  • Manage and align mutual value propositions, articulating financial, operational, and strategic impacts with clarity and precision.
  • Influence decision‑making across cross‑functional teams—internally and externally—by fostering alignment, anticipating challenges, and driving action.
  • Facilitate solutions-oriented conversations to resolve issues, strengthen partnerships, and ensure value realization across all products.
Insight Generation & Strategic Analytics
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis—including root-cause assessment, performance diagnostics, and trend evaluation—across categories and channels.
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling, executive‑ready narratives that inform strategic decisions and drive category and brand growth.
  • Apply business metrics, industry trends, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics to guide supplier strategies and influence Scintilla’s positioning.
  • Identify insights that improve customer experience, enhance supplier performance, and unlock omni-channel growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to strengthen Scintilla Charter’s value proposition and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
  • Influence internal teams to enhance product capabilities, address customer needs, and remove obstacles to adoption.
  • Support development of strategic partnerships that amplify market presence and accelerate growth.
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain an accurate, detailed sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools; ensure clarity and precision in all reporting.
  • Deliver data-driven business reviews and performance updates to leadership.
  • Employ a continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and streamline processes across the sales and customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation, analysis, communication, and operational execution.
Qualifications Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, retail, analytics, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Syndicated retailer and market data (Byzzer, Circana, dunnhumby, NIQ, Numerator, SPINS)
    • Consumer insights and primary research
    • Supply chain, replenishment, and logistics analytics
    • eCommerce and omni-channel path-to-purchase analytics
    • Retail media targeting and performance analytics
  • Walmart or supplier experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, influencing, and closing complex deals.

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis, forecasting, documentation, and communication.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across diverse teams.
