Role Description The Business Development Liaison is a full-time, on-site role based in Manvel, TX. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners to grow awareness and utilization of Choice Health at Homeโ€™s services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach visits, presenting service offerings, supporting contract negotiations, and tracking referral activity and market trends. The liaison collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients and alignment between business development efforts and service delivery. The role also includes attending community events, providing education on home health services, and preparing reports to inform leadership on growth opportunities and performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to present information clearly to healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, referral patterns, and performance metrics to support strategic growth decisions.
  • Basic finance and business acumen to understand revenue drivers, referral value, and the impact of contracts and partnerships.
  • Project management and organizational skills to coordinate outreach initiatives, follow up on leads, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in delivering or supporting training and education sessions for internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software).
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel locally for visits and events; high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
