The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a motivated Operations Intern to our Corporate Chefs team in Bar Harbor, ME! As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a data management project regarding city, county, and state governments' procurement departments.
This is a Monday-Friday operation, weekly pay!
What you'll be doing:
  • Gathering information via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
  • Compiling contracts into accessible data, based on the team's current strategies.
  • Working alongside regional business development directors to review information and develop new business strategies.
  • Participating in corporate calls to walk through stages of our sales cycle in order to develop knowledge about our business development processes, pipeline management, and proforma development

What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
  • Major or majoring in Business or related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
