Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and diplomatic Business Development Director for cardiovascular, vascular surgery, and podiatry services with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and external communications. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, personable, and deeply familiar with the Bronx community. This role plays a key part in expanding visibility for our cardiology and podiatry services through marketing collaboration and relationship building with local stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, providers, referral sources, and other external partners.
  • Represent the cardiology and podiatry departments in community outreach efforts, health fairs, events, and partnership meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to execute local campaigns that raise awareness and drive patient engagement.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and patient pipelines through community-based partnerships and networking.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries on outreach efforts and business development impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate community trends to inform outreach strategies.
  • Travel locally 30-40% of the time; travel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications
