If so, ACNB Bank is looking for you to join our team as a full-time Floating Community Banking Associate (Teller) in our Adams and Franklin region!

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a retail store (Key Holder / Assistant Manager) or banking environment is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills. Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and/or move approximately 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds of coin.
  • Reliable Transportation: A quarterly stipend is provided for travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multiple Locations: Travel to assigned community banking offices across [Name local towns] to provide front-line support and seamless customer service.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner using the Bank Service Excellence Standards.
  • Transaction Handling: Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain an approved level of cash.
  • Relationship Building: Ask questions and identify needs to enhance customer relationships; actively refer customers to appropriate Community Banking team members.
  • Daily Operations: Prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Support & Compliance: Be a part of a team environment where relationships matter! Cooperate with and support adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness.
