Lazega amp; Johanson LLC is a boutique law firm specializing in the representation of community associations throughout Georgia. We are seeking a litigation associate with two - three years’ experience to add to our community association litigation practice in West Midtown Atlanta. Our litigation practice focuses on community association litigation, and real estate litigation.
Responsibilities
  • Handling civil litigation cases from beginning to resolution; including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and trials
  • Advising clients on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense and other community association related litigation
  • Managing court and client deadlines
  • Communicating and building strong client relationships
  • Networking with clients and other industry professionals
  • Working with an experienced support team
Experience in civil litigation is preferred. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and experience in the courtroom.
