Our Front Desk Administrative Associate is the glue that holds it all together! They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes our core values.

What youll accomplish:

  • Managing the reception desk and greeting residents and guests
  • Answering a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Providing general information
  • Managing lost & found
  • Operating and maintaining communal office equipment
  • Scheduling reservations of any clubhouse facilities
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and assisting with supply orders
  • Preparing all outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting environment

What were looking for:

  • Experience with HOA operations preferred
  • A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing with a professional personality
