The Executive Director Role at The Renaissance Senior Living is an exciting opportunity for ahighly rewarding career in a fast-paced environment! The Executive Director isresponsible for community operations and quality of care. They will coordinatethe financial stability of the community, staffing practices, and day to dayoperations to fall within the operational guidelines of governmental agenciesand the parent company.ย 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all operations, acting ascontact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations,government agencies and the public.
  • Maintains high degree of resident satisfactionand retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Administers annual resident satisfaction survey.
  • Develops annual operating and capital budgets inaccordance with the parent company.
  • Aggressively anticipates and minimizes negativebudget variances and deficits.
  • Meets and exceeds budget occupancy goals for theproperty.
  • Hires, trains, disciplines, and terminatesassociates in accordance with company policies.
  • Reviews hires, promotions, disciplinary actions,and termination of employment of associates ensuring consistency in theselection and retention of quality personnel.
  • Ensures buildings, grounds and property are upto company standards through the oversight of preventative maintenance systemsand programs, and frequent inspections that meet company standards ofexcellence.
  • Maintains current departmental policies,procedures, and licenses in accordance with company, Federal, State, and localrequirements.
  • Acts as a member of Resident Counsel.
  • Becomes active in social and civic affairs ofthe local community.
  • Represents the facility and the company togovernmental agencies, professional organizations, community groups and otherappropriate public agencies/groups.
  • Utilizes sales and marketing activities andstrategies to maximize occupancy.
  • Oversees the resident admission process toassure required documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordancewith established policies and procedures.
