  • Configure and maintain BI semantic layer/modeling artifacts as applicable (e.g., Tableau data sources, Power BI datasets/models).
  • Improve dashboard performance, usability, and maintainability through optimization and scalable design practices.
  • Support quality assurance and release readiness activities, including validation of filters, exports, calculations, and stakeholder review feedback.

Creative Direction & Design Execution
  • Develop high-quality creative deliverables including reports, infographics, presentations, dashboards, and digital media.
  • Maintain creative and visualization standards and ensure consistency across client projects and deliverables.
  • Develop reusable templates, visualization components, and communication assets to support consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Manage/maintain design and production workflows from concept through delivery, coordinating with internal and external collaborators as needed.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and track metrics to assess dashboard effectiveness, communication performance, and audience engagement.
  • Continuously refine creative and technical processes to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and client value.
