Job Summary
Manages external communications activities for DPR's portfolio of megaprojects that strengthen brand reputation and visibility. Helps oversee a team of project level communications professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of messaging aligned with business and Communications + Brand strategies. Collaborates with megaproject leadership and regional communicators to plan and execute media relations, content strategies, and visibility initiatives that support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manages planning and execution of external communications campaigns for megaprojects, ensuring integration across channels and alignment with company priorities.
  • Along with megaproject employee communications manager, supervises a team of communications professionals, providing direction, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Develops and manages media relations strategy, including proactive and reactive communications for megaprojects and supports crisis communications.
  • Oversees megaproject editorial planning and content creation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders, such as regional communications leaders and megaproject leaders, to align messaging with organizational and regional strategies.
  • Tracks communications performance metrics and provides leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensures adherence to brand, legal, and ethical communication standards.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
10+ years of experience in communications, including 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity required.
Anticipated starting pay range:
$121,000.00- $182,000.00
