We are seeking a motivated and creative student to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, employee engagement, and marketing program execution while supporting key initiatives that strengthen Lennox’s brand and culture.

As a Corporate Marketing & Communications Co-Op, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing & Communications team and cross-functional partners to support internal events, marketing campaigns, and employee-focused programs. This is an excellent opportunity to build real-world experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Employee Events & Engagement

  • Assist with planning and executing internal employee events such as company celebrations, department meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution to help create positive and engaging employee experiences.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance event participation and overall employee engagement.
  • Help gather feedback and insights to improve future events.

Marketing Programs & Content Support

  • Support the execution of marketing programs such as intern initiatives, employee recognition efforts, and internal campaigns.
  • Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, including event communications, emails, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across initiatives.

Brand Experience & Campus Engagement

  • Assist with campus branding initiatives, including employee engagement activations and environmental branding projects.

Merchandise & Brand Support

  • Help support branded merchandise programs, including organizing materials and assisting with event needs.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure branded items are available and aligned with event and program goals.

Team & Project Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with research, brainstorming, and general project coordination to support team priorities.
  • Take on special projects that provide exposure to different areas of marketing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in event planning, marketing programs, and employee engagement
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.00 – $22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
