The Communications Business Partner serves as the primary communications strategist and advisor for Centerstone's System Support Services and national service lines. This position develops and executes internal and external communications strategies that support operational priorities, employee engagement, organizational initiatives, and strategic growth. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, the Communications Business Partner ensures messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Centerstone's mission, values, and brand standards while helping translate complex initiatives into effective communications for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with executive and system leaders to develop and execute strategic communications plans that support organizational priorities and service line growth.

Lead internal communications initiatives including leadership announcements, operational updates, employee engagement efforts, and system-wide programs.

Create and distribute compelling content through email campaigns, newsletters, intranet platforms, video messaging, town halls, and other communication channels.

Advise leaders on communication needs, opportunities, and potential risks while developing proactive messaging strategies.

Support national service lines including Military Services, Crisis Services, and School-Based Services through tailored communications planning and execution.

Develop messaging, talking points, press materials, and public statements that support organizationalobjectivesand stakeholder engagement.

Identifyand promote stories highlighting program impact, innovation, partnerships, and organizational leadership.

Collaborate with marketing, digital, media relations, and design teams to produce integrated communication campaigns and materials.

Support communications efforts involving community partners, business leaders, governmental agencies, advocacy organizations, and other external stakeholders.

Coordinate messaging across enterprise functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Legal, and other system support areas.

Review and edit communication materials including articles, blogs, collateral, and related content to ensure quality and consistency.

Identifypotential reputational risks and collaborate with Marketing & Communications leadership to developappropriate communicationresponses.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, ora relatedfield.

Minimum of three (3) years ofcommunications, public relations, or related experience.

Experience within behavioral healthstronglypreferred.

Healthcare communications experience may be considered in lieu of behavioral health experience when combined with other relevant qualifications.

Demonstratedexperience developing and executing multi-channel strategic communications plans.

Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience creating communications for a variety of audiences and communication platforms.

Additional Qualifications:

Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Successful completion of background screenings including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.

Ability to inspire trust and confidence while effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling, and engaging communications.

Experience working with media platforms, social networks, and digital communication channels; video production experience is a plus.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and organizational levels.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainattention to detail.

Excellent listening, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to approach complex situations with confidence, professionalism, and initiative.

Strong healthcare and/or behavioral health knowledge preferred.

Ability to quicklyestablishcredibility and build rapport with executives, leaders, and employees throughout the organization.
