Job description

General Responsibilities 

 Part -Time

Position Helps oversee the transmission of the corporate communications of Child Evangelism Fellowship Inc. Will seek to implement strategies that raise the awareness of CEF and help the organization reach children for Christ around the world. 

Core Responsibilities 

  1. Works closely with Communications & Marketing Director. 

  1. Manages logistics for promotional events. 

  1. Gathers relevant information for each event. 

  1. Schedules and executes tasks. 

  1. Communicates with event managers, field participants, and IHQ staff. 

  1. Maintains our email database. 

  1. Help manage content on the corporate website. 

  1. Assists as needed with researching new content for website 

  1. Corrects website errors and warnings as provided by our website marketing agency 

  1. Assists in earned media relationship building through social media and working with our publicist. 

  1. Creates content for social media.   

  1. Assists in planning and executing strategic priorities of the Communications and Marketing Department.  

  1. Assists in planning and executing corporate advertising campaigns. 

  1. Monitors the booth display requests for lending purposes.  Arrange for displays to be mailed to the field and returned to us in a timely manner. 

  1. Helps promote CEF career opportunities through various platforms.     

  1. Works with our publicist to research and gather information for upcoming press releases. 

  1. Log and schedule interviews 

  1. Performs other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor.Â
