  • Create and adapt visual communication assets, including graphics, branded materials, and presentationvisuals 
  • Design and format communications content for SharePoint and internal communications channels 
  • Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging communication materials 
  • Digital Channels & SharePoint Management 
  • Own andmaintainenterprise communications channels, including SharePoint sites and related digital platforms 
  • Maintain structured content libraries and reusable communications resources to support ongoing and future initiatives. 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human communications, business administration, public relations, or related field 
  • 7 years of relevant experience  
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Strong coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging 
  • Active Secret clearance 
  • Experience working in federal human capital management organizations 
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening
