What You’ll Do

As the Value Stream Manager, you’ll oversee production performance while mentoring your team to reach their full potential. Every decision you make keeps us efficient, safe, and customer-focused.

  • Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand

  • Monitor & manage key performance metrics: Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost

  • Develop and coach team Members for growth and advancement

  • Identify and eliminate safety hazards to keep operations secure

  • Drive continuous improvement through TER and Lean practices

  • Maintain 5S (CANDO), visual factory, and preventative maintenance standards

  • Encourage Member input and foster open communication

  • Manage team performance including evaluations, coaching, and corrective action

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize processes

What We’re Looking For
  • Broad knowledge of supervisory techniques and manufacturing functions

  • 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong communication & leadership skills with a people-first approach

  • Ability to navigate production areas—including confined spaces and elevated platforms
