Job Summary:
At The Exercise Coach, we believe everyone deserves to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Through personalized coaching and innovative fitness technology, we help clients improve their quality of life in just two 20-minute sessions per week.
We're seeking an energetic, people-focused Exercise Coach who enjoys building relationships, motivating others, and making a meaningful impact. Whether you're an experienced fitness professional or simply passionate about helping people succeed, we'll provide comprehensive training in our proven coaching methodology and proprietary technology.
As an Exercise Coach, you'll deliver individualized strength, balance, and stretch sessions while creating an exceptional client experience. You'll educate and encourage clients throughout their fitness journey, celebrate their progress, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the studio. As we continue to expand, you'll also have opportunities to mentor new coaches and grow into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Required
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Current CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Program and Stretch & Balance Certification (provided upon hire)

  • Monitor client progress and modify programs as appropriate
  • Teach proper exercise technique, breathing, and safe equipment usage
  • Provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability throughout each session
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
Client Experience

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Process client forms, scheduling updates, and payment transactions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and text messages
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the Studio Manager
Studio Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures as needed
Team Culture
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude

Work Schedule
