About the Role
Altheda Medical Center is seeking a Management Associate to support daily clinic operations, staff coordination, workflow improvement, and administrative reporting across our growing medical practice.
This position will work closely with the Operations Associate and the Managing Partner to help ensure that the clinic runs smoothly, staff members are supported and accountable, and operational priorities are followed through to completion.
This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in healthcare operations, practice management, team leadership, and business administration.
Responsibilities:
The Management Associate will assist with:
  • Supporting daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
  • Monitoring staff task completion, attendance, training, and follow-through
  • Helping prepare operational reports, staff updates, and workflow summaries
  • Assisting with onboarding, training, and performance tracking for support staff
  • Identifying workflow gaps and helping improve internal processes
  • Supporting scheduling, patient communication workflows, and provider request tracking
  • Helping draft and update standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Working with leadership on special projects involving operations, technology, compliance, and process improvement
This role may involve coordination across front desk, medical assistant, remote administrative, and provider-support workflows.
