• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches based on each client’s unique needs.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, documenting progress to ensure alignment with clients' aspirations and treatment efficacy.
• Offer teletherapy options, enabling clients to engage in sessions via secure video conferencing tools, thereby enhancing accessibility for those with transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and professional regulations.

• A current and valid state license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate compassionate client interactions and effective therapeutic relationships.
• Empathetic, non-judgmental demeanor with a deep commitment to client advocacy and empowerment.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing time effectively while handling a diverse caseload.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to strategize integrated care solutions.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with digital therapy platforms and remote communication tools.
• Specialized training in modalities addressing trauma-informed care or specific mental health conditions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
