This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting clients at our detox center. You will have access to advanced telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain effective communication and documentation. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients entering detox to identify their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them cope with the challenges of addiction and recovery.
• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to community resources, including rehabilitation programs, support groups, and mental health services.
• Engage in regular communication with multi-disciplinary teams, including nurses and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care and coordination for each client.
• Monitor and document client progress through digital records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and families about available resources and recovery options to enhance engagement and motivation towards treatment goals.

Your primary focus will be individuals undergoing detoxification, who come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of substance use challenges. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment, fostering trust as clients navigate the complexities of their recovery processes. By actively listening and responding to individual needs, you will help clients address emotional, psychological, and social factors that impact their recovery journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in social work, with a focus on addiction or substance use settings preferred.
• Strong grasp of addiction-related issues, therapeutic methodologies, and community resources for recovery.
• Exceptional assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote communication tools.

Candidates with previous experience working in a detox environment or with clients facing substance use disorders will be prioritized. A proven track record of facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops is also beneficial, as fostering peer connections can enhance recovery outcomes.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
