Job description

Writes, edits and coordinates content for communications, including electronic memos, letters, tele-town halls, emails, and regular newsletters: * Assists and coordinates formal responses to incoming correspondence to the Pennsylvania State Office's public-facing email account. * Drafts and coordinates content for the state office's e-mail channel. * Works with a strategic communications agency to coordinate social media outreach on Facebook, X, and YouTube accounts; tracks social media engagements and develops quarterly and annual reports. * Supports Pennsylvania social media efforts, including Facebook and Twitter advertisements. Assists with media requests and interviews. * Works with the Pennsylvania State Office Team on event management and consumer-facing communications deliverables, as needed. * Manages ad-hoc local communications requests, from volunteers, media, and across the State Office team.
