As a Communications Manager, you will be:
* Executing communications strategies, including the development and execution of comprehensive communications that drive key messages, support business objectives, and reach key stakeholders (primarily employees, and sometimes external community) through a variety of impactful methods and channels.
* Planning and executing clear, concise, and compelling employee engagement communications, specifically targeting frontline employees (hourly and salary)
* Engaging hourly/onsite employees by optimizing communication with production associates.how they play a key role.
* Working with different departments to seek opportunities to share employee stories, including company leaders, and developing thought leadership content to strengthen employee awareness of company values and culture
*Supporting the evolution of culture and transformation through transparent, translated, engaging content shared with all employees worldwide.
* Leading communications for union negotiations when applicable
* Collaborating with HR to ensure effective communication of organizational and executive announcements and employee relations strategies.
* Continuously measuring the effectiveness of the communications and course correct as needed.
* Supporting leadership in all other functional communications priorities when needed.
Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
*5-7 years of experience in a Communications role
*Experience working in a large organization
*Experience with internal communications and B2B environment
Skills and Knowledge:
