Job description

When you join RadNet as an Associate IT Communications Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
  • Provide technical support for the multiple communication systems, addressing issues and ensuring quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve communication-related problems.
  • Configure and optimize communication infrastructure components, including IP telephony, video conferencing, messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and faxing platforms.
  • Implement and maintain omni channels of communication systems to meet organizational requirements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard the omni-channel communication systems and data.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure interoperability and seamless integration with other systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of the omni channels of communication configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Prepare training material for end-users and support teams on properly using communication tools.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • User provisioning for various communication platforms.

  • You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
  • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
  • An Associate degree in information technology, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and arrive at reasonable solutions to problems.
  • Proficiency in IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills are a must to interact with a diverse base of individuals, including executives, technical, professional, and office staff members, as well as national resources.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and writing with all employees, customers, and vendors.
  • High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability/flexibility to travel to/between sites as needed.
