Job Description:

The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst is responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of successful communication and learning programs in support of Firm technology projects. Utilizing a variety of communication and training methodologies to ensure the best user experience and optimum adoption of new software and processes, the Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst helps guide the firm's personnel through change.
The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst works under general supervision and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as change agent and advocate for end users in the delivery of IT business change initiatives
  • Works closely with core team to learn and understand project requirements in depth, and acts as subject matter expert
  • Composes IT communication and training campaigns, in support of IT projects and change initiatives
  • Works within a highly refined project intake and management process to design and deliver Firm training programs in support of all IT projects, focused on delivering the best user experience
  • Analyzes and reports on application configurations and settings to ensure optimum end user experience
  • Conducts extensive product testing and delivers detailed feedback throughout entire project life cycle
  • Creates and delivers training materials, outlines, visual aids, digital guides, eLearning videos, recorded sessions, and communications based on project needs and user feedback
  • Analyzes and reports on application configurations and settings to ensure optimum end user experience
  • Focuses on new and innovative methods of training delivery to cater for frequently changing and new technology
  • Anticipates and evaluates areas of potential difficulty and resistance to change
  • Creates user acceptance documentation, focusing on user requirements and impact of change
  • Identifies and builds relationships with change champions
  • Conducts user feedback analysis sessions and compiles project feedback surveys
  • Works as liaison with digital adoption assistant to develop just-in-time learning content
  • Contributes to audit of processes and recommendations for future project improvements
  • Assists with coaching other team members as needed

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least eight (8) years of related work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Background knowledge of change and project management protocols advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of eLearning software, including video creation and online training tools
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop productivity and document management software
  • Experience with macOS preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong motivational, presentation and people skills
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

Target Hiring Range $93,000 - $136,000


Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
