Overview
As a Corporate Communications Analyst at Stryten Energy, you won't just be part of the Corporate Marketing and Communications team; you'll be at the forefront of furthering our vision to solve the world's most pressing energy challenges. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact through the development and execution of internal and external communications programs that advance Stryten's business strategy and market presence.
The Corporate Communications Analyst creates high-impact content that resonates with our employees, customers, and the broader community of stakeholders while ensuring a consistent brand image across all platforms. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Media and Communications, your contributions will be integral to the successful execution of our company's communications strategy and tactics. If you are a creative, results-oriented communications professional with a knack for design and details, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications
  • Create and distribute company announcements, newsletters, and updates, ensuring attention to detail and maintaining brand standards.
  • Manage corporate communications and marketing content on the company's intranet platform.
  • Craft compelling stories that resonate with our internal audiences and support the organization's culture and values.
  • Monitor, and measure and analyze the impact and effectiveness of messaging and communications strategies using analytics tools, reports, and feedback.
  • Create quarterly analytics report to share with company leadership. Content to include data and analytics from the team's communication platforms - social media, website, email, advertising, etc.

Graphic Design
  • Create visually appealing and effective graphics for various communication channels.
  • Design marketing materials, presentations and other collateral as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual communications.

Social Media
  • Manage the team's content calendar, using a strategic approach to the content and timing of publication. Collaborate with team members to ensure appropriate and accurate content is shared.
  • Create compelling and shareable content across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow our online community.
  • Gather data and analyze social media performance. Identify any trends that should be utilized to maximize the company's brand presence on social media analytics and trends.

External Communications
  • Assist in the development of press releases, media kits, and other external communication materials.
  • Support the company's government affairs outreach efforts.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and online advertising.
  • Support the creation of marketing and promotional content as needed.
  • Establish key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications, and at least 3 years of proven experience in a communications or marketing-related environment.
  • A strong writer, competent editor and an excellent communicator.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage last-minute changes.
  • Self-motivated, good at taking initiative and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools and platforms.

Travel, other requirements:
  • Open to travel occasionally.
  • This position requires you to be on site at our Alpharetta, GA headquarters office daily.
