Job Description:
  • Tech Adoption and Education Consultant
  • As a Tech Adoption and Education Consultant candidate will join a small team of change management and learning professionals responsible for supporting select delivery teams across IT to further integrate and embed adoption and learning into IT initiatives.
  • This role will include the combination of understanding user needs, project management, and requirements gathering, as well as designing and building change management and learning solutions.
  • This role will work under the direction of the Tech Adoption and Education Team Leads.

Working with the Team Leads candidate will be expected to manage and implement tasks and deliverables associated with an assigned adoption and education project including but not limited to:
  • Assist with the development of a change management toolkit
  • Assist with project impact analysis, change readiness assessment, and stakeholder identification
  • Develop change management, communication, and learning interventions
  • Ensure timelines are documented and met
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Manage team operation like blog writing, maintaining user facing site and content creation
  • Manage metrics related to learning, projects, and change agent network

In delivering this work, candidates will be expected to:
  • Have strong Customer Service Skills
  • Have a mindset for solving end-user challenges
  • Share best practices that apply across the team
  • Communicate clearly, apply strong writing and presentation skills
  • Work independently and within a team structure
  • Understand and support the change management model

Must Have List:
Qualifications:
  • 2 plus years' experience leading change management engagements and creating learning interventions
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal
  • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic

Skills:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams: 3 to 5 years
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies: 3 to 5 years
  • Strong customer service skills: 3 to 5 years
  • Strong writing and presentation skills: 3 to 5 years
