Job description

TCS is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale Healthcare, Pharmacy, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Modernization programs. The individual will serve as an extension of the Enterprise PMO organization, providing program governance, integrated planning, RAID management, executive communications, workstream execution oversight, and strategic delivery support across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare domain expertise with exceptional program governance, executive communication, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and operational excellence skills. This role requires the ability to operate effectively from both executive and execution perspectives while ensuring successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Program Governance & PMO Leadership
Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting processes.
Lead end-to-end program governance activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
Facilitate governance forums, Steering Committee meetings, executive reviews, and leadership updates.
Track program objectives, milestones, budgets, benefits realization, and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to organizational PMO standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
RAID Management & Root Cause Analysis
Own and maintain enterprise RAID logs.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management processes.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical delivery issues.
Develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolution of program challenges.
Monitor risk trends and provide proactive recommendations
Integrated Project Planning & Delivery Oversight
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across business and technology workstreams.
Manage milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery schedules.
Drive program execution and monitor delivery performance.
Coordinate interdependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
Ensure alignment of timelines, resources, budgets, and scope.
Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management
Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, strategic memos, and status reports.
Translate complex program information into concise, decision-focused communications.
Support Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Steering Committees, and executive governance forums.
Prepare briefing materials, leadership presentations, and strategic updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.
Workstream Management & Execution Support
Manage execution across multiple business and technical workstreams.
Monitor workstream progress, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Facilitate issue resolution and remove delivery blockers.
Coordinate delivery activities among business, product, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Drive accountability and execution excellence.
Requi red Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's Degree preferred.
Experience
10+ years of Program Management, PMO, or Project Management experience.
5+ years leading large-scale Healthcare or Pharmacy transformation programs.
Proven experience supporting executive leadership and steering committees.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
Strong healthcare payer and PBM experience preferred.
