Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Account Executive in Atlanta, GA to support our fast-growing Security division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Utilize market data to target and prospect customers, uncovering needs for solution selling and providing consultative recommendations.
  • Manage the sales cycle by answering technical and business questions, offering solutions, and providing accurate cost estimates for implementation.
  • Forecast sales and create innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, managing quotes and funnels monthly.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and managing a sales pipeline with new customer logos and opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate paperwork for customer transactions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and ensure timely processing.
  • Stay informed on competitors' products and key verticals (Energy, Healthcare, Education, Government, Manufacturing), and manage relationships with key OEMs (Motorola, Nokia, AMAG, Axis, etc.).
  • Manage the pre-sales and proposal process, ensuring successful deal closure and forecasting.
  • Conduct client relationship management (deep/wide) and cross-sell across the full portfolio. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: 

  • 3+ years sales experience in business-to-business security system solution selling. 
  • Proven sales proficiency to exceed goals and build rapport with clients and prospects. 
  • Previous experience with CRM. 
  • Possess superior forecasting skills with the ability to be accountable to forecast and pipeline management objectives. 
  • Possess ability to explain product features and benefits. 
  • Possess intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products. 
  • Possess exceptional time management skills and ability to focus on what matters. 
  • Experience with government entities and PD/FD/EMS preferred.
