About the Job:

MaxIQ is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our team in Raleigh. In this role, youโ€™ll take qualified leads and turn them into lasting customer relationships. Youโ€™ll own the full sales cycleโ€”from discovery to closeโ€”partnering with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrating how MaxIQ delivers measurable value. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth company and make a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from inbound and outbound leads through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership roles.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand each prospectโ€™s unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain up-to-date deal records in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine messaging, positioning, and product development.
  • Stay up to date on sales technology trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 3โ€“6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or consultative environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
