Title: Medical Assistant (Russian or Spanish)

Location: Brooklyn, NY, 11215

Duration: 14 Weeks

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Includes 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch Break)

Pay: $25-$28/Hourly

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to support patient care and clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clinical assistance while delivering excellent patient service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support daily front and back-office operations
  • Greet and assist patients during visits
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Obtain and document patient information and vital signs
  • Assist providers with patient care activities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and patient scheduling
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support clinical and administrative staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Russian/English or Spanish/English required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • BLS Certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • One or more years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Experience in Cardiology, Primary Care, or Family Medicine preferred
