We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Director to lead, scale, and optimize our school partnership and student ambassador programs. This is a high-impact, 100% performance-based role designed for a seasoned marketer who thrives in a "pay-for-performance" environment

You will own the end-to-end strategy, from identifying and recruiting high-value school partners to managing a network of student ambassadors, with the primary goal of driving student acquisition and revenue growth

2. Primary Objectives
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive measurable revenue and new student enrollment
  • Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality school partners and student ambassadors that align with our brand values
