About Us...
In 2005, brothers Dimitri and Steve Osler set out to reimagine how businesses communicate, and that vision became Wildix. Today, from our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, Wildix is one of the world's fastest-growing UCaaS companies, with 300+ team members from 15+ nationalities, working across Europe, the UK, the Americas and beyond. We serve businesses in 135+ countries through a partner-first ecosystem, delivering secure, intuitive solutions that keep companies connected, productive and ready for what's next.
At Wildix, we don't just build technology, we live it. As a remote-first company, we rely on our own platform every day to collaborate globally and innovate fast. At Wildix, our mission is clear: Empower companies worldwide with seamless communication solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.
About The Role

What You Will Do
  • Build and execute the regional channel marketing plan in line with business and MRR goals.
  • Create co-marketing and demand generation activities with channel partners to drive pipeline and new business.

  • Work closely with Sales and partners to identify opportunities and turn marketing activities into revenue.
  • Plan and manage regional events, webinars, campaigns, and partner activities.
  • Create and promote local content, case studies, and partner success stories.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful local initiatives and continuously improve results.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, telecommunications, or UCaaS.
  • Experience in channel marketing and working with partners such as MSPs, VARs, or system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline, and revenue-focused marketing.
  • Experience managing regional marketing campaigns, events, and budgets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with Sales and external partners.
  • A data-driven and commercial mindset, with the ability to measure and improve marketing performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing tools.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a marketing team.

Bonus Points If You Have
