Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 (Depending on Location)
Job Type: Direct Hire - Full Time
Overview
LHH is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Project Manager to join its Litigation Support team.
This individual will collaborate closely with attorneys, litigation support professionals, engineers, and clients to manage electronic discovery projects throughout the full matter lifecycle. The role requires deep expertise in RelativityOne, eDiscovery workflows, review management, and defensible data handling practices.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys and case teams on eDiscovery strategy and best practices
  • Configure and administer RelativityOne workspaces, permissions, workflows, and productions
  • Manage all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including processing, review, analytics, and production
  • Develop data reduction and review optimization strategies utilizing analytics, TAR, and AI-enabled tools
  • Coordinate project execution with litigation support, engineering, and vendor teams
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple active matters
  • Support document productions and quality control processes
  • Train attorneys, paralegals, and clients on litigation technology tools and workflows
  • Document processes, workflows, and production activity to ensure defensibility and compliance
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and emerging technology evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience within a law firm, legal services provider, or corporate legal department
  • Strong expertise with RelativityOne administration and review workflows
  • Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects from collection through production
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with analytics, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), and AI-assisted review tools
  • Familiarity with Trial Director, TextMap, or comparable litigation support platforms
