Job description

Founding Sales Partner (Commission Only)About Orqestrix

Most growing businesses don't have a software problem.

They have an operational fragmentation problem.

Information lives in spreadsheets, disconnected software, paper forms, text messages, and tribal knowledge. Leaders struggle to get a clear picture of what is happening across sales, operations, finance, and delivery.

Orqestrix builds custom mission-control platforms that replace fragmented systems with a single operational command center. Every platform is designed around the client's actual workflows and integrated with the tools they already use.

We're building more than a services company. We're building the operating system and ecosystem that powers operational transformation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Founding Sales Partner to help identify and develop opportunities with operations-heavy businesses.

This is not a traditional SDR role.

You will not spend your days blasting generic sequences or reading scripts.

Instead, you'll engage directly with owners, presidents, COOs, general managers, and operations leaders to uncover operational challenges and determine whether Orqestrix can help.

You will have access to our proprietary GTM operating system, including:

  • Automated prospect sourcing
  • AI-assisted outreach drafting
  • Lead scoring
  • Opportunity scoring
  • CRM integration
  • LinkedIn workflow management
  • Referral tracking
  • Commission tracking
  • Sales enablement resources

Your job is to create conversations and identify qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with owners, presidents, COOs, and operations leaders
  • Conduct discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities using the Orqestrix framework
  • Manage opportunities through our sales pipeline
  • Coordinate prototype requests and discovery sessions
  • Maintain accurate opportunity notes and next steps
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and certification
  • Help refine our sales process as an early member of the team
Ideal Background

You may be a fit if you have experience as:

  • B2B sales representative
  • Business development representative
  • Account executive
  • Operations consultant
  • Construction industry salesperson
  • Fractional operator
  • Business owner
  • Entrepreneur

We're less concerned with your title and more interested in your ability to build trust and have meaningful business conversations.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 30 days:

  • Complete onboarding and certification
  • Learn the Orqestrix operating model
  • Build an active prospect list
  • Generate qualified conversations

Within your first 90 days:

  • Consistently generate qualified opportunities
  • Advance opportunities into discovery
  • Contribute to pipeline growth
  • Develop referral relationships within your market
Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity.

Compensation is tied directly to closed business and tracked transparently through the Orqestrix platform.

High performers have significant upside potential.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presence with business owners and executives
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable using modern web-based software
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to manage follow-up consistently
Nice to Have
  • Construction industry experience
  • Operations background
  • Consulting experience
  • Existing professional network
  • CRM experience
  • LinkedIn prospecting experience
Why Join Early?

You'll be joining at the ground floor.

Unlike traditional sales roles, you'll have a direct impact on the systems, process, and growth strategy of the business.

We're building an ecosystem, not just a sales team.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and helping businesses operate more effectively, we'd love to hear from you.
