• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate personal growth by assisting clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and practical life skills.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective goal attainment.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that encompasses medical, psychological, and social factors.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records within our secure practice management system, adhering strictly to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training programs and workshops to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC).

• A strong foundation in a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or a similar environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
