Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, tailoring treatment approaches to fit diverse client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments, client feedback, and continuous progress evaluations.
• Equip clients with effective coping strategies, life skills, and resources to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care solutions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate access to community resources and support networks to enhance overall client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve serving a diverse population with varied mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license as a Professional Counselor in Texas.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex client scenarios and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to practicing cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with telehealth modalities and virtual counseling platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is a plus.
• Experience in developing and leading workshops or group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload capacity. Additional benefits include:
