This is a great opportunity for someone with deep experience in credit card, payments, issuer processing, or legacy financial services platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write reporting logic to extract, filter, manipulate, and format data for downstream use.
  • Support data movement and handoffs between Global Plus and downstream systems, including Spectrum.
  • Identify and resolve report logic issues, data inconsistencies, formatting mismatches, and integration-related discrepancies.
  • Partner with operations and technology teams to support system changes, reporting needs, and data validation.
  • Ensure reporting outputs align with business needs, downstream processing requirements, and applicable data/message formatting standards.

Required Experience

  • Must have hands-on experience working within Global Plus.
  • Strong knowledge of VISION, the proprietary reporting/scripting language used within Global Plus.
  • Ability to explain where VISION sits within the Global Plus environment and how it supports reporting, data extraction, and manipulation.
  • Experience creating reports from scratch, including writing logic to extract and filter data.
  • Experience customizing output formats for downstream consumption.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to broken report logic, data discrepancies, formatting issues, and system support.
  • Experience with credit card, payments, or issuer processing platforms such as TSYS, FIS, Fiserv, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting, data extraction logic, data mapping, and formatting.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience writing VISION code directly.
  • Knowledge of ISO message formatting.
  • Mainframe or legacy development background, such as COBOL, JCL, or CICS.
  • Experience supporting large card portfolios, issuer processing platforms, or financial transaction environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidates will have worked in environments where they supported credit card
