What You'll Do:
Navitas Business Consulting Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the implementation, sustainment, modernization, and operational support of the Agency's Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints Database System (EEOCDS), E-File, and Anti-Harassment Program Management Tool (AHPMT) platforms. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting infrastructure and application environments, coordinating software deployments, resolving production issues, and implementing system enhancements across Pre-Production and Production environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
  • Support implementation and sustainment of Entellitrak COTS applications supporting EEOCDS, E-File, and AHPMT.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimize application environments.
  • Perform system upgrades, version migrations, and configuration changes.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.
  • Troubleshoot system failures and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support production deployments and release management activities.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, database, application, and cybersecurity teams during deployments.
  • Support Agile development activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Assist with architectural improvements and system modernization initiatives.
  • Document system configurations, implementation procedures, and technical processes.
  • Support Authority to Operate (ATO) activities and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting enterprise application environments.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments, application deployment, and systems administration.
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle management and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Set yourself apart:
  • Experience supporting Entellitrak.
  • Experience supporting Health IT or Department of Defense environments.
  • Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, and cybersecurity compliance.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000
The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
